Milk Bread - IRWIN

Milk bread, or Pain au Lait is a soft, tender 'white' bread that incorporates milk, butter and a hint of sugar to produce a super light, slightly sweet crumb and soft, buttery crust that is fantastic for sandwiches and toast.  This bread is a large loaf of our sandwich buns and is just plain delicious.
